The overall cost for driving lessons vary considerably between learners.
The DVSA recommend 45 hours with an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and 22 hours of private practice.
Thats a whooping 67 hours!
It's difficult (without assessing your ability) for any driving instructor to tell you exactly how many driving lessons you will need to reach the required level.
During the process the number of lessons required may change due to the high's and low's of your progress.
You will learn some aspects of driving quicker and other areas may prove more challenging i.e. clutch control, turning right, roundabouts, dual carriageways, reversing etc.
You will need to invest more time in particular areas of your driving to ensure you're competent and better prepared for a first time pass.
However, as a driving school we love a challenge. With our tailored approach to your individual learning style - we can help you prepare for the driving test quicker.
The average number of driving lessons learner drivers take with us to reach driving test standard is only 37 hours.
